Obtaining employment is critical for all newly graduated students upon completion of their studies; we understand the student perspective on employment.
It’s quite tough for young graduates to get work in today’s competitive market, but at Qinception, we ensure all our students that they will receive 100% job placement support for the majority of our training programmes and placement assistance for a select few training programmes.
Qinception has partnered with a number of employment agencies and businesses.
We have a database of over 50 recruiters who consistently employ recent grads.
At the first stage, our recruitment partners contact us by phone or email about fresh job openings.
These new job positions are assigned to a member of our human resources recruitment team, who subsequently shortlists qualified students from our training institution.
We communicate with customers and thoroughly examine their requirements.

Conduct telephone interviews with suitable students if necessary, followed by in-person interviews.
